Harry Elifson, a top talent evaluator with more than 30 years of experience in the business, ranks athletes all over the country with an experienced coaching eye. He was instrumental in recruiting top-level classes for several Division I colleges and is widely known for his ability to turn struggling teams into conference contenders. Harry has fostered relationships with high school and college coaches nation-wide, making his connections to basketball talent unparalleled. He also operates some of the best girls basketball tournaments in the country: The annual Southern Jam Basketball Event in Jacksonville, FL and The annual Future Stars USA Basketball Event, which is an invitation-only opportunity for the best 8th and 9th graders from across the country to play in front of hundreds of college coaches. Dr. Enzley Mitchell IV, a Fort Wayne, Indiana native, attended Spring Arbor University where he played basketball and was a four-year letterman. At Spring Arbor, he earned first team all-conference, first team all-defense and defensive player of the year honors before graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Mitchell then coached and played professional basketball in Europe including one season as head coach of the Swansea Basketball club in Swansea Wales, leading the team to a 19-4 record and semi-final appearance in the Premier League championship. He earned his Ph.D. in Sport Administration from Concordia University and a master’s degree in Recreation & Sport Management from Indiana State University. Dr. Mitchell’s coaching and administrative experience at the NAIA and NCAA Division I & III levels allowed him to create a comprehensive program that helps student-athletes with the college recruiting and enrollment process. Jo Peters adds creative direction and administration to our team of expert scouts and recruits from all across the world. She has worked alongside several high-profile basketball event directors and athletes, successfully coordinating hundreds of youth events from coast to coast. With those years of experience in event management and her relationships with basketball influencers, Jo brings an orchestrated approach to this ever-evolving sports community. Scott Reed, a native of Clinton, Iowa and graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, is a senior project manager for Global Atlantic Financial Group in Des Moines, IA. Entering his sixth year as COO, Scott has helped coordinate several successful events for Preferred Athlete Scouting Services (PASS) including the nationally known individual, invite-only Future Stars USA (6 years) and the Southern Jam (5 years) team tournaments. Scott and Harry are childhood friends, and before providing his expertise in the scouting world, the successful businessman donated his time and resources to ensure underprivileged athletes had the opportunity to play basketball. Carnell Moore, a native of South Carolina and graduate of the University of Florida, is founder of Premier Players, Inc. and The Premier Players Sports Foundation. After serving six years in the Air Force, Carnell became a trust officer and wealth advisor for some of the most highly successful athletes in pro sports. The experience of assisting those athletes on and off the courts and fields lead to his creation of the Premier Players brand which provides sports information, sports marketing, event management, training, sports apparel, and a nonprofit foundation that helps orphaned, foster, special-needs, and at-risk children participate in sports. He also gives sports fans a voice through the annual awarding of The Premier Player Trophy which lets The Fans Decide the recipient .
